Refunds Policy
Digital Products
All of our products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. Because digital items cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once your purchase has been completed.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any problems accessing your download, encounter file errors, or have questions about using your resource, please contact us at sales@hart-kent.co.uk and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Purchases
Please check product descriptions carefully before purchasing to ensure you are ordering the correct version (e.g., Student Workbook, Educator Pack, or Bundle).
By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.
Physical copies
Printing & Quality Issues
Our books are printed and shipped via trusted third-party services (Amazon or DoxDirect). If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a production fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@hart-kent.co.uk. We will ask for clear photos of the issue so that we can raise this with our printing partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns of Non-Faulty Items
If you change your mind or no longer wish to keep your purchase, you may return your item for a refund provided that:
- You contact us within 28 days of delivery to arrange the return.
- The item is returned in a new, unused condition.
- You cover the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs where applicable).
How to Arrange a Return
To begin the process, please email sales@hart-kent.co.uk with your order details. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address.
Exclusions
We cannot accept returns for items that are not in a resalable condition (e.g. used, marked, or damaged after delivery).
