1. Ordering

• When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not mean your order is accepted, acceptance happens once payment is processed and we confirm dispatch.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, contains pricing errors, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP/£ and include VAT (if applicable).
• We accept payment through secure, trusted providers (e.g. PayPal, Stripe, credit/debit cards) via WooCommerce.
• Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location or third-party couriers.
• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (for international orders) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. Cancellations & Returns

• Refunds will be issued once returned items are received.
• Digital products (e.g. ebooks) are non-refundable once downloaded.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

• We have physical items printed and shipped via Amazon KDP publishing or DoxDirect. Any printing errors or similar will be taken up with them, so please contact us with photos and explanation of the issue with 7 days to kick-start the returns and refunds process.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, and publications sold by Hart-Kent Publications remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission. Educational content can be printed in specific educational settings as outlined in the description of each individual product in the shop.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (such as postal strikes, courier delays, or customs).
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) you bought.

Rush & Special Delivery

How Digital Downloads Work

• Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link either on the order confirmation page and/or via email.
• Most files will be available for instant download. In some cases, delivery may take a short time depending on file size, server availability etc. If you have not received your download within 1 hour of purchase, please contact us.

File Access

• Download links are provided for your personal use only and must not be shared, copied, or redistributed without permission.
• There are specific rules for each individual product regarding printing and distribution within educational settings. Please view the description of the specific product for this information via the shop.
• Please download and save your file(s) promptly — while we try to keep links active, we cannot guarantee they will remain available indefinitely.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations once a file has been downloaded.
